1. Introduction

Welcome to ParseVault ("Service"), a service provided by MTTenterprise Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a company registered in Ontario, Canada, with its principal office at 1525 Alta Vista DR, Suite 201, Ottawa, ON K1G 0G1.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our bank statement conversion service, including any associated APIs, software, products, and services (collectively, the "Service").

1.1 Service Overview

The Service allows users to convert bank statements from PDF format to structured data formats (CSV and Excel). We offer various subscription plans and pay-as-you-go options to accommodate different usage needs.

1.2 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of any material changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
